Hello! I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Operations and Management Science area at the Tuck Shcool of Business at Dartmouth College. In my research, I use analytical modeling and laboratory experiments with human subjects to study how human decision-making affects operational outcomes. 

Currently, I am interested in understanding how on-demand service platforms (eg. ridesharing, food/grocery/courier delivery platforms) can be designed considering workers’ behavior to improve operational outcomes and welfare of workers.

I completed my PhD in Operations Management at Georgia Tech. Prior to that, I completed an MS in Economics and an MS in Statistics at Georgia Tech. I obtained my B.Tech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from VNIT Nagpur

During my PhD, I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Basak Kalkanci. In the past, I have been advised by Prof. Matthias Seifert at IE Business School, and Prof. Vishal Gupta at IIM Ahmedabad.
